Vice President/Director of Operations
Mr. Swift has been with Harkins for 13 years, serving as Project Superintendent and Director of Operations. He was recently named vice president. His responsibilities include coordinating with owners, field personnel, subcontractors and administrative personnel. Mr. Swift's focus is on managing all facets of all projects to achieve accelerated schedules/budgets while maintaining excellent work quality.

Before his employment with HCI, he worked for other local contractors in the role of supervisor/project superintendent for a total of 23 years. Mr. Swift was also employed for ten years at Tyson Foods, Inc. as project superintendent, safety coordinator, assistant plant manager and corporate district manager.
