Ms. West oversees all accounting functions for all Harkins companies. She has over ten years of experience in construction accounting and has been with the Harkins companies since 2004. A graduate of Salisbury University, Ms. West holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (1991) and a Master’s in Business Administration (2003). Her 23-year career includes accounting at Perdue Farms, the Internal Revenue Service, Thompson Publishing Group and Donald F. Insley, P.A., a local public accounting firm. Ms. West is a former president of the Pittsville School's PTA. She is a member of the Jerusalem United Methodist Church and the East Wicomico Chamber of Commerce.
