Ms. Childs joined Harkins Contracting in 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and brings more than 12 years of construction experience. She previously worked for a general contractor on the Western Shore of Maryland as Manager of Administration. Her responsibilities with Harkins Contracting include contract preparation, project document control/management, closeouts, database management, owner billing, submittals, subcontractor certificate of insurance compliance and assistance in the solicitation of subcontractor bids.
