Mr. Manning joined Harkins Contracting in 2015 after ten years in construction quality control inspection and testing services. He earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Management from Salisbury University in 2002. Since then, he has worked in masonry, hardwood flooring, and carpentry for a total of 15 years of construction industry experience.
